Autumn is probably one of the best seasons of the year to visit Barcelona and experience the city outdoors. It is also a wonderful time to enjoy the city's urban design and architecture, with its nine World Heritage Sites as the tip of the iceberg on the entire artistic wealth of the Catalan capital. Indeed, Barcelona joins the best architects and their fabulous works, starting with Sagrada Familia and Casa Batlló by Gaudí to the modern Agbar Tower by Jean Nouvel or the MACBA by Richard Meier.

Outdoors, you can as well visit the locations from Woody Allen's last movie, Vicky Cristina Barcelona, or you can let yourself be tempted by the appeal of our beaches in fall, when they offer a totally different sight, relaxed, intimate...

If you head indoors, Barcelona will show you its creative side, with an extremely interesting programme of exhibitions in museums and an amazing theater season.
