Signature Cocktails in Barcelona

In the stylish U232 Bar you can start every evening sipping sophisticated cocktails, as a full menu of "Signature Cocktails", paying tribute to some emblematic places in the city of Barcelona, along with classic cocktails, like the Dry Martini or Mojito.

Golondrinas, Tibidabo, Rotonda and Boqueria are some of the cocktails that you can taste in U232 Bar, inspired by the works of Swedish photographer Maria Espeus decorating the walls of the establishment.

U232
Our star cocktail, mix of cognac, Martini, gin, strawberries… and a shot of champagne.

La Boqueria
Exotic cocktail combining Xanté, pear licqueur, pear juice, cinnamon, dark rum and golden rum.

Las Golondrinas
Mix combines vanilla vodka, passion fruit and vanilla syrup, and a smooth passion fruit puree… and a shot of champagne to top it off.

Tibidabo
Containing pepper, lime and mint, mixed with an infusion of chili and coconut rum.

La Rotonda
Cocktail combining Absolute Blue, litchi liquor, banana syrup and pineapple juice.
