We had an amazing time, helped by the receptionist upgrading us to a suite, this was very nice of him. All the staff were very friendly and always willing to help with directions. • "Had five days at the Barcelona Universal in early July 2009.  On arrival we asked for a quiet room and they obliged.  The staff were very friendly.  The room was clean and spacious.  The hotel was central for the Ramblas and harbour area and was very close to the Metro.
