At Núñez i Navarro, we work hard every day to protect the environment we live in, a firm commitment that we uphold while acknowledging that every aspect of our activity has an impact on the environment. Our principal objective is to contribute meaningfully to the wellbeing of all people.
Based on core principles of ethics and transparency, everything we do is focused on continuously improving the services we offer. We develop and implement strict measures of quality, sustainability, energy efficiency, security, and health in all our activities, and we carefully monitor their application and maintenance.

With the adhesion of our hotel division to the commitment to sustainable tourism in Barcelona Biosphere, promoted by the Barcelona + Sustainable Network, the network of more than 1,000 organisations committed to environmental, social and economic sustainability that collectively build a responsible city for people and the environment, we reaffirm our commitment and the validity of the challenge for the sustainability of the company.
In addition, Seventy Barcelona has joined to the Menú de les estacions, one of the first initiatives that Barcelona is launching as World Capital of Sustainable Food 2021. This is a project promoted by the Barcelona City Council, which seeks to change the city's eating habits and food model by promoting more sustainable and healthy practices and food.
In line with these principles, Seventy BCN offers varied and balanced dishes, made with seasonal products that maintain the style and quality of our Mediterranean cuisine.
